MATERIAL CONTROL
Labait produce the products using high-quality raw materials: brass ( 62% copper, 1.4% lead ) and SUS304 stainless steel ( lead free ).
MEASUREMENT
Diameter, thread and thickness of shower heads are standardized and are strictly followed.
SURFACE QUALITY
Labait perform 100% quality checking to ensure that there is no pin hole, cracks or unflat surface.
FUNCTIONAL TESTING
Air pressure and water testings are strictly enforced on each item to avoid functional problem like leakage before container loading.
