  • Are you factory or trading company?

    Labait Shower is factory for shower head and shower pipe. Also, our mature supply chain can help you find out other sanitary ware products.
     

  • What is payment terms?

    T/T 30% deposit, the balance paid before delivery. And L/C, D/A and D/P are OK.

  • What is your minimum order quantity?

    In general: 50pcs each model for showerhead.
    To test product quality before normal order, trial order for mixing items is also warmly welcomed.
     

  • How is your factory production capability?

    Labait Shower has a full production line including stamping line, machining line, polishing line, welding line and assembling line. 
    We can manufacture showerheads up to 15,000 pcs per month.
     

  • How many years quality guarantee for shower head?

    Labait Shower comes with five years manufacturer warranty. If any quality problems on our side, we will send you the relevant replacement in the next order.
     

  • Can you produce according to customers' design?

    Sure, Labait Shower has experienced professional R&D team to support you. Both OEM & ODM are welcomed.
    We design and develop new products every year. If you need customized products, we are ready to discuss with you.
     

  • How is your production management and quality control system?

    All our product process follows rules, income quality checking, in process quality checking, final product quality checking.
    1. material control
    Labait Shower produces the products using high-quality raw materials: brass ( 62% copper, 1.4% lead ) and SUS304 stainless steel ( lead free ).
    2. Measurement 
    Diameter, thread and thickness of shower heads are standardized and are strictly followed.
    3. Surface Quality 
    Labait Shower perform 100% quality checking to ensure that there is no pin hole, cracks or unflat surface.
    4. Functional Testing 
    Air pressure and water testings are strictly enforced on each item to avoid functional problem like leakage before container loading.
    5. Double Checking 
    All products are doubled checked during packing to ensure that no products have left out unchecked.
     

  • Can you provide samples before order? What's the payment details and order process?

    Yes, Labait Shower accept sample order. Customer will bear the cost of sample and freight.
    If the sample is in stock, we can send to you anytime. If the sample is out of stock, we need to make it for you:
    1. For sample time: general need about 7-10days
    2. For ship day: in general, Prior ship day: about 2-3days, Economic ship day: about 4-5days.
    3. For sample payment terms, Western Union and Paypal are both acceptable.
     

  • Can your factory print our logo / brand on the shower head?

    Yes, Labait Shower can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter.
     

  • How about your delivery time?

    The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
    Trial order: 15-20 days
    20ft container: 20-25 days
    40ft container: 20-35days 
    Lead time will be shortened depending on stocks.
     

  • Can a third-party inspection be arranged before delivery?

    Yes. Labait Shower is quite confident with our products. You can arrange an inspector in you side or we can assist you to do that. 
     

  • Where is your loading port ?

    Jiangmen, Foshan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Ningbo or other port in China.
     

  • Can I visit your factory? Where is your factory?

    Yes, welcome to visit Labait Shower. 
    We are in Shuikou, Kaiping, Jiangmen, Guangdong. 
    About 2 hours from Guangzhou airport 
    About 2 hours and a half from Shenzhen 
    About 1 hour and a half from Foshan 
    About 1 hour from Zhongshan 
    Within 1 hour from Jiangmen
